I really do want my teams to be on board, but I think continuing to tell the story as well. And hiring those people who want to contribute, and they don't want to just come in and work a shift and make some money and leave.
I think part of it is acknowledging you can never really have a balance. You can work toward having a balance. And I think if you're working toward that, you're always looking for opportunities to do things outside of your medical practice instead of just assuming that your whole life has to be engulfed by that.
To give up to me sounds like a loss of opportunity and the fact that all this happened at once, not my fault, you know, I had nothing to do with it, so, okay. And as hard as things were for me, there's other people that have much harder things.
