I think understanding people through food is really an important and one of the easier ways to understand people.

Every aspect, every stroke is calculated for reason. There's planning, there's strategy that goes into all of us. There's a study that says that a perception is made, a person makes a decision perceptionally within 4.5 seconds. And that's all I got to communicate.

If I do a piece and I have that moment of like, oh, that just happened, I definitely have had tears come to my eyes. Usually it's right that moment before you just wanna take a big brush and just paint right over the canvas is when that happy accident happens.
