Thoughtful conversations with the people of Maine

When you're in a whole new place, there's a person and you think, oh, I have to sort of talk about what I'm doing here, because that person really doesn't know what I do. So there is that aspect of it that I think is exciting for me.

I like the story behind the piece. We do a barn board frame and we do a Maine maple, which I think is for me very inspiring to have something sourced locally. So then people get the story, not only of the piece itself, but also of the frame around the piece.

Walk around the room. Look around, take note of things. Then I have them sit on the floor and then if they're willing, stand on a chair or a table and I say, did you see the same things when you were in those three different levels? And the answer is no. That's the same room, we're all in the same room, but that room has multiple realities.
