Good teaching, it's a two way street. You learn a lot. When you talk about impact and having presence in your work, and then you see someone that all they can do is put presence in their work, but they don't have the skill, you appreciate the effort to put the presence in the work.

I learned how to do project management for these ultra high net worth individuals. And that I think really parlayed very well into the real estate world, particularly the development side, which is all really about project management.

I always try to do it outside if I can, because doing architecture, I spend most of my time indoors.
