When you're an artist, you lay your ego bare.

I always tell the client, you know, you're going to look back on this day and this is the restaurant that's going to be in the memory bank. We've had the journey of the good and the bad with people. So celebrating their joyous moments and celebrating their sad moments and having them come back to us because they found comfort with us that they can have a celebration of life with us.

I would challenge people to make sure that their interior is in harmony with their exterior. When you bring the harmony and you bring the connection in, then people can relax. Their brains don't have to get all scrambled with mixed messages.
