It's literally just about starting. You can sit around and think about things all day, but if you don't just start, you're never, it's never going to happen.

One of the basic tenets of our course is about collaboration and we spend a whole lot of time talking about what true collaboration is. Some people think about coordination and cooperation and those are not true collaboration, which takes time where you build trust in a relationship and you start each giving into the other to benefit the other before you get to a point of mutual benefit and really working together.

The person's running the meeting actually have to be genuinely curious about the perspectives of the other folks in the meeting. They actually genuinely have to want a conversation, not just to get to the end of the meeting.
